The book was originally compiled and edited in 1988 by Cynthia Connolly, Leslie Clague, and Sharon Cheslow to document the late 70s/early 80s DC punk scene, and published by Cynthia's Sun Dog Propaganda. Over 450 photos are featured in this 176 page book.
